You do not share the age of your son, which may, in some ways, dictate your options. However, assuming he is living in your home you do have a little leverage. And, if he is using marijuana on a daily basis, experiencing mood swings, and being regularly disruptive, he needs help. If he won't seek it, I would suggest that you seek it for yourself. Consult with a mental health professional in your community for counseling and guidance. He or she may be able to point you to an "intervention" program that will essentially force your son into treatment.
