Online "Bake Sales" Earn School Funds
It’s a big hassle to raise money at school—kids hate ringing doorbells to sell candy or raffle tickets; moms just don’t have the time to bake cookies and cakes that either melt in the sun or go stale before the day of the sale.
But now, you can have a virtual bake sale online without ever creaming butter and sugar together. With i-Bake Sale, you can raise funds for one of your child's many activities, your house of worship, your child's PTA, a charity, or yourself--any cause that's important to you.
iBakeSale has partnered with hundreds of merchants to offer you up to 20% cash-back rewards on every purchase. Each purchase you make will generate additional funds for the groups you support.
Every time you buy things for your house, your family, or for yourself, you help turn those purchases into valuable fundraising dollars. Once you’ve signed up on the Web site, iBake Sale administers the entire program for your group by keeping track of all purchases made through the program. At the end of each month, they’ll send your group a check as long as you raise at least $100. Members who make three purchases of $55 each month get a 10% discount, and 50% is donated exclusively back to their specific organization. Not bad, and it’s calorie free!

Well, they do it in Europe and have a lot fewer accidents. Kids drink watered wine and not much of that—they don’t drink to get drunk but because it’s something the family does. I don’t know that Americans get that idea of moderation.
